Your breathtaking, adventure begins with a relaxing drive through the wonderful Costa Rican countryside on an air-conditioned transportation for up to 20 passengers. Your guide will point out many sights of interest including mango, sugar and citrus plantations, diverse fruit stands and rural farming communities. Then, you will head to Turubari Park located about 1 hour from the pier. Upon arrival you will have some free time for use restrooms and explore the surroundings before to get set-up with the special equipment for the zipline adventure.
The exclusive zipline tour is a project designed not only as an extreme adventure, but a way to enjoy nature without harming the environment; the park boasts spectacular views of the tarcoles River and the tropical rain forest. Within the park, you will also have the opportunity to view the Scarlet Macaws, Chestnut Mandible Toucans and whiteface monkeys.
Once we arrive to the top of the mountain you will then descend to the bottom via a series of ziplines, including 11 platforms, 2 hanging bridges and 8 cables with a total cable distance of 2 kilometer.
After the zipline adventure, you will enjoy an amazing aerial tram ride back to the main facilities. This 10 minutes ride, will offer you spectacular views of the Tarcoles River and the rain forest. At the visitors centre, a bar and restaurant is available for all those interested in taste the typical flavors of the Costa Rican cuisine and local beer for a small extra charge.
