See the stunning views of the neighboring Island Kefalonia, before heading over to Anafonitria. Here you visit the Monastery where the Patron Saint Agios Dionisos (St. Denis) lived whilst he was alive. Time for some refreshments. Then enjoy some wine and nibble tasting of Greek delights (not included) before heading over to take a photograph of the most famous beach in Greece, the amazing Shipwreck. You will not believe the color of the water!!
You will have a chance to look around the village of Volimes, this is the largest village to the north of the Island and is famous for its handicrafts. Your next stop is in the village of Exo Hora, so you can see the unusual olive tree.
After a busy morning, enjoy a stop for some lunch in a traditional mountain taverna (own expense), before visiting the village of Louha. This stunning village was protected by the mountains in the devastating earthquake of 1953 and is still in its original state. Take a stroll through the lanes so you can enjoy taking some photographs. Then back to resort so you can enjoy the rest of your afternoon.
