Visit Undurraga Winery, one of the oldest wineries in Chile, admire the Maipo Valley and learn all about the history of this winery. You will end your tour with a tasting of 3 reserve wines to top-off a wonderful tour. After hotel pickup in Santiago, you will head to Undurraga winery. Founded in 1885 by Don Francisco Undurraga, this is one of the oldest wineries in Chile. Located in the Maipo Valley, you will learn about the founder and how he planted the first grapes which marked the beginning of a project that spanned the main areas of the country including Alto Maipo, Leyda, Rapel and Cauquenes among others.
With 130 years of experience, the unique wines Vina Undurraga have specific origins and reflect the best of the land and valleys of Chile.During your tour, you will witness the centennial history of the vineyard and learn, through a glass of wine, the riddles, flavors and aromas of these famous wines.
The tour of the winery lasts around 1 hour 15 minutes and includes a complete visit to the park, as well as a stop at the corner Aliwen vineyards, the soil pit, the vinification plant, garden varieties, cellars, and ends with a wine tasting of 3 reserve wines (brands depending on availability) and a glass as a gift.
After your tour, you will be dropped off at your hotel in Santiago.
