From vineyard to cellar, Allegro is devoted to creating the best possible wines. Founded in 1980 by musician brothers John and Tim Crouch, Allegro's premium vintages, primarily Bordeaux blends and Chardonnay, speak volumes about the wine-growing and wine-making potential in the Keystone State. With its oldest vines planted in 1973, Allegro is owned by Winemaker Carl Helrich, producing nearly 3 dozen wine varieties and 25,000 gallons annually.
Allegro Winery is located in south central Pennsylvania just a short drive from York, Harrisburg, or Lancaster, Pennsylvania and the northern Baltimore County, Maryland. Allegro is recognized as producing some of Pennsylvania's finest wines.
