This is an educational tour at a Wildlife Rescue Center located close to La Fortuna. It is a great chance for you to see wild animals, visit their enclosures, learn about the conservation efforts and have fun. It is a perfect, family friendly activity for all.
Your tour begins at the wildlife rescue center where you will meet a naturalist guide who will take you around the center and give you some insight about it. The center is open from Monday to Saturday and you can come on your own or bring your group and family along.
When you visit the center, you will be able to closely interact with the animals and learn how they ended up there. This will give you a broad understanding of the conservation efforts put forth by the center.
As you visit each enclosure, a naturalist guide will be there with you. You will be able to pet the animals and also take pictures with them. The tour is around 1.5 hours and you can choose to take a morning tour or one in the afternoon.
