We'll spend around 75 minutes wandering through what was once the city's thriving brewing district, taking in views of the new Scottish Parliament building and Arthur's Seat in Holyrood Park, as well as passing the Palace the Holyroodhouse (HRH The Queen's official residence in Scotland) before making our way back up the backbone of Edinburgh, the Royal Mile.
