We have the perfect Wellington experience for you however if there is anything you would like to add just ask. We pick you up from your hotel and can drop you off where ever you wish back in the city. If you have limited time this is the best way to see the city.We start off driving through the restaurant and entertainment district of Courteney Place before heading up to Mt Victoria for famous views over the city and out towards the Pacific Ocean.
Then it’s down Mt Victoria ridgeline and out towards the surfing beach at Lyall Bay before swinging round the wild south coast. We drop into Miramar, home of Wellington’s film industry, before heading back into the city round the bays – most famously Oriental Bay which gets packed with bathers on hot summer days.
Heading up into the western hills we climb for more spectacular views from the slopes of Ahumairangi and then drop down to the Botanic Garden and Wellington’s oldest suburb of Thorndon for a stop at Old St Pauls – a beautiful example of a wooden neo-gothic style church.
Swinging past Parliament and the Beehive we head back into the CBD where we can drop you off at Te Papa museum, the Cable Car, the Information Centre, your hotel or anywhere else you choose in the city center.
