Old Delhi is most certainly a paradise for non-vegetarians. The authentic Mughal cuisine serves various non-vegetarian dishes that would please your taste buds. The smell of fresh fish, aromatic kebabs and fried chicken is always in the air. Vendors sell kebabs and tikkas (made of buffalo meat) wrapped in paper thin rotis called the rumali rotis.

Meat dishes on this tour consist of mutton burrahs, mutton korma, shammi kebab and the shahjahani korma. The traditional chicken item of the Mughals is tandoori chicken, which is still available with many new forms of it. Butter chicken, reshmi kabab, and murgh musallam are delicious chicken, mutton and buffalo meat items that are soft and juicy. Allow them to melt in your mouth and let the taste hit your tongue, allowing for ultimate relaxation in the streets of Old Delhi.
