- The Old Town or the real entertainment district of Bucharest known also as Lipscani is an area with quaint narrow streets that previously constituted the merchants' and craftsmen quarter starting from the 16th century. Here, you will discover the charm of the old Bucharest by walking through the narrow cobble streets to find the oldest beer-house in the city, an Orthodox church with exterior frescoes, Manuc's Inn built in an Oriental style and the remains of the Old Princely Court founded by Vlad the Impaler in the 15th century.
- Victory Avenue (Calea Victoriei), one of the oldest streets in Bucharest dating back to the 17th century and the road used by the royalty during parades. On this long enchanting avenue you will be awed by imposing palaces, Neoclassical style museums, centuries old churches, modern monuments and two concert halls
- The Revolution Square: the main place where the protests that led to the long-awaited fall of communism in December 1989
- The Athenaeum: the most beautiful building in Bucharest
