Meet at the Yaletown Distilling Company for a small bite to eat and a tour of the facilities. Learn about the distilling process as you sip on two samples of the handcrafted vodka and gin.
After, hop on the ‘culinary cruiser’ to head over to the Liberty Distillery on Granville Island to sample three unique spirits: a vodka, a gin, and a white whiskey. Unlike most whiskey that is aged in oak barrels, Liberty Distillery batches are pot-distilled to bring out a grainy flavor.
End on a high note with a quick ride over to Odd Society Spirits in East Vancouver to meet the owner, and then enjoy a cocktail that includes the award-winning distillery’s vodka, whiskey or crème de cassis.
After all has been said and drunk, get dropped off at the centrally located Waterfront Station.
