Tsukiji fish market is the world's biggest seafood market. The inner market is where the wholesale business and famous tuna auctions are held. There, you can learn about how fresh fish is delivered from the fishermen out at sea to a home or a restaurant. There are many types of fresh fish that you wouldn't see elsewhere and thousands types of seafood.
Following the walking tour, you will learn to make your own sushi. Even though it takes more than 10 years practice to become a sushi master, during this tour, you will have a chance to be taught how to expertly prepare nigiri by a sushi master.
The itinerary is as follows:
8:30am - Meetup at Tsukiji Honganji Temple
8:30am to 10:15am - Explore the Tsukiji inner market (seafood area, vegetable and fruits area)
10:30am to 12pm - Sushi making workshop
12pm to 12:30pm - Lunch (taste your handmade sushi)
