A unique tour through the history and the nature of the Tierra del Fuego national Park. Going into the landscapes by trekking, small minibus or a reconstruction of the old End of the World steam train.Enjoy the nature, the silence, the noice of the birds flying around, the wáter, the snow, the histories telled and much more are the feelings that you are going to live at this impresive natural and historical monument. Your adventure starts with a pickup at your hotel going to the Tierra del Fuego national park entrance through the number 3 national route in our minibús.
We enter to the park delighting ourselves with the views of the Nothofagus forests all covered with the white snow. We arrive to the first bridge in the park where we start our first part of the trekking until the green lagoon. From there, we go to the Roca – Errazuriz lake to appreciate the views of the water, the forests surrounding us and the international borders with Chile.
Near the lake, we visit the Alakush visitors center to have a hot beverage and something to eat. We have enough time to go into the flora and fauna exhibition. After our coffe and relax time, we go almost to the entrance of the park to continue our trekking, now our destination is the Pipo’s river waterfall. To get to the waterfall we are going through a big pit-burg, followed by the Antique train tracks of the End of the World Steam Train.
After five marvelous hours, we end the tour with the sensation of being part of the history and the nature of the island.
