The map you are given at the start of the tour will illustrate the pick up point once you are done with the tour, so you can head there to be taken back to Mexico City. You will be dropped-off at Metrobus Station of Euzkaro and, with the assistance of a guide, you will take the metro ride back to Hamburg station or whichever works best for you, ending a wonderful experience.
