The evening food tour begins at the intersection of Centro Vallarta and Emiliano Zapata (the Romantic Zone). Discover the luminous charm of an evening in Puerto Vallarta.

At the first stop try authentic tacos de cabeza. Served only in the evenings, and made from an assortment of cuts of beef simmered in a spicy chile infused broth. This dish offers a rich and sumptuous taco experience.

Next, meet a local churros (Mexican fritters) master. Cooked fresh to order, these crispy and golden churros are served hot and dusted with cinnamon and sugar. Continue the tour and sample an unforgettable seafood chile relleno taco and a shrimp brochette at another popular and busy stop.

No evening taco adventure would be complete without tacos al pastor. This stop will not disappoint. Enjoy crisp-thin shavings of vertical spit-roasted pork, marinated with guajillo chiles and achiote served on fresh tortillas. Second helpings are encouraged.

Finally, have a fluffy, and crisp, quesadilla, prepared with local fresh cheese and sautéed mushrooms and, for dessert, try a world famous Michoacán style fruit paleta.
