At 10:45am board the vessel at Campbell's Cove. You'll be greated and welcomed on board by your friendly crew. A glass of bubbly to start perhaps or you have the choice of other beverages as well, just ask your crew. You will cruise directly in front of the Sydney Opera House and Farm Cove then past the Royal Australian Navy base, Double Bay and Vaucluse and Point Piper, home to Sydneys most exclusive real estate
The first stop is for your Entrée/Starter at Doyles on the beach, Watsons Bay. Your crew will bring you alongside the wharf where you will disembark the boat and take a nice leisurely stroll down to the end of the pier and into Doyles on The Beach restaurant. Here you will be shown to your table and will choose your starter/entrée from the menu. One beverage choice is also included with your meal. When you have finished you will head back to your awaiting cruiser to head off for main course.
Depart Watsons Bay for a cruise around Middle Head and into Middle Harbour, this area is a part of the harbour that not a lot of visitors get to see and it is spectacular.
Next stop is Balmoral for your main course at Public Dining Room. Your crew will assist you from the boat onto the pier and you will make your way to the restaurant awaiting you near the end of the wharf. Again the restaurant staff will show you to your table and you will have the choice of main meal and 2 beverages included. When your main meal is finished you will reboard the boat for dessert.
Depart Balmoral for a cruise further into Middle Harbour and past the Spit Bridge whilst you indulge on your dessert and cheese platters. Here you will see beautiful scenery, amazing homes built onto the side of cliff faces complete with swimming pools before returning to the main harbour where guests can sightsee or stop for a swim. This totally at your discretion, you may wish to just anchor the boat and relax with the beautiful view of the city behind you, or jump in for a swim, kayak or stand up paddle board which is all included in your package or even drop a line in and try and catch a fish or two.
Return to Campbell's Cove at approximately 4pm where your cruise ends.
