With pickup and drop-off from your hotel in Brisbane included, this tour has no stress attached to it. You'll enjoy morning tea at Brown Lake and a BBQ on the beach for lunch. Visiting all the hot spots and fantastic viewing points, you will take home many lasting memories of your visit with you.After pickup from your hotel in Brisbane, head toward Cleveland to board the fast water taxi across Moreton Bay. Arrive in Dunwich on Stradbroke Island and start the drive to Brown Lake. Stop for morning tea and there is also time to take a swim in the freshwater lake.
Leave Brown Lake and head east to Main Beach. Travel along Main Beach by 4WD and stop to feel the sand between your toes or to take another swim. Return to the 4WD and head to Point Lookout. From Point Lookout South Gorge, there is the opportunity to spot turtles, dolphins, manta rays and sharks as well as humpback whales in season (June to November each year). There are over a thousand resident dolphins in this area.
Leave North Gorge and travel to Flinders Beach for a BBQ on the beach for lunch. Whilst lunch is being prepared, you can have a game of beach frisbee, try boogie boards, or take more photos, sunbake or just simply relax.
After lunch, there is time to take a walk along the beach before heading to Amity Point where you are likely to see our koalas. In Amity Point take a walk along the getting before the return drive to Dunwich Terminal to board the vehicular ferry back to Clevland. You'll be dropped off at your Brisbane hotel, where your tour ends.
