This tour gives guests the opportunity to savour some of Croatia’s wonderful food and wine in the Pelješac peninsula.You’ll start with some sight–seeing by visiting the salt and oyster farms in Ston and Mali Ston. Here, you will have the enviable opportunity of sampling wonderful local oysters freshly harvested from the sea and also visit the local salt farm to learn how salt is harvested from the sea and prepared for commercial use. You will enjoy an optional lunch at Kapetanova kuća, a very well known local restaurant, before heading off to the nearby wine estate of Miloš, where you will be given the opportunity to sample excellent premium Stagnum and Plavac Mali wines, as well as locally produced organic olive oil.
