Admire Stockholm at night and capture its sights on camera on this 3-hour photography and walking tour! A professional photographer guides you on how to shoot the city’s landmarks, such as the Old Town and Royal Palace, as the descending darkness casts them in a new light. Learn the secrets of night photography and new creative techniques as you see the best of Stockholm! This tour is designed for people of all skill levels who use DSLR or compact cameras. The tour operates with a maximum of 10 people, ensuring a small-group experience. Meet your guide, a professional photographer, in central Stockholm in the early evening. If you plan to snap some photos, come equipped with your own DSLR or compact camera, tripod, and remote trigger. During a brief introductory session from your guide, you’ll learn about the manual settings on your camera, and how to use them for the best effects at night.

Set out to walk around some of the most beautiful nighttime sights Stockholm offers. As dusk descends, this photogenic city comes into its own, illuminated in the gauzy twilight. At each stop, your guide explains different techniques with hands-on exercises to improve your understanding. Learn how to use camera functions, such as the shutter, and get expert tips on composition and lighting. Discover how to play with light using LED lights, torches and other tools, too.

Explore the buzzing Slussen district, where you’ll learn how to master low-light conditions. Then, head over to Old Town, or Gamla Stan, to capture the fading light and street lanterns that illuminate the cobblestone streets. Next, shoot the floodlit Royal Palace, and then head to a viewpoint to photograph ethereal panoramas of the city set against ink-black skies.

Your tour comes to an end in central Stockholm.
