SUP delivers a full-body workout and has experienced an increase in popularity due to its fitness benefits.8:00am: You will meet our professional SUP guide at the SUP station in Xom Chua, Quang Ba, Quang An, north of West Lake. Then gather around for a brief instruction from our guide to know about basic SUP gear & techniques. You will be assigned your paddleboard and paddle - your friends for the day. Before paddling, you be fitted for a life jacket to ensure your safety. Be sure to wear proper clothing such as shorts, T-shirt or bathing suit, and bring along a bag to put your essential stuffs inside.
Then carry your SUP to the water. From the SUP station, we paddle toward Tay Ho Temple, pass Tran Quoc Pagoda - the oldest Buddhist temple in Hanoi, then move alongside the lake and back to the starting point.
We will start out in calm water, and our guide will follow you with strict guidance. At first you can knee down to keep balance, then stand up slowly, one foot at a time. Keep your head and shoulders steady and upright, and shift your weight by moving your hips. By that way, you can increase your stability, as well as enjoy picturesque sightseeing along the lake.
11:00am: After paddling for 2-3 hours, our guide will lead you back to the SUP station. End of our services.
