During the next 2-hours you will take a quick lesson and cruise around Playa flamingo, and the surrounding islands located just a short standup paddle away with an experienced instructor. Spend 15-20 minutes on the beach learning the basics of standup paddling and ocean safety, and then enjoy a period of time in the water learning beginner paddling techniques such as balance, paddling, turning, and wave knowledge. Once you are comfortable with the basics, take a relaxed standup paddle along the coastline and see rays, turtles, fish, jellyfish, birdlife, and many other amazing surprises.

Along the way, you will glide over countless reefs filled with colorful fish and hopefully encounter sea turtles and rays. If conditions are right, you will even be taken for a swim in a cave. This is an out and back tour.
