Enjoy personal attention from your certified guide on this small-group tour, limited to 10 people.After morning pickup from your hotel (choose from 9am and 11am departure times), enjoy a short drive from your hotel to the northern tip of St Lucia. Your Sea Trek adventure begins at the 44-acre (17-hectare) historical reserve of Pigeon Island National Landmark.
Following a brief orientation by your certified guide, you’ll be equipped with a specially designed Sea Trek helmet, which sits comfortably on your shoulders as you descend into the water at a gentle slope. Breathe freely from a continuous flow of air, pumped through a hose attached to scuba cylinders on the water’s surface. Without a separate mask or mouthpiece, your entire head stays dry inside your helmet throughout your underwater adventure.
Under the supervision of your friendly guide, walk into the tranquil waters of the Caribbean Sea and explore the reefs around Pigeon Island. Keep an eye out for tropical fish such as trumpet fish and flounder, as well as sea horses and squid – just to name a few! (Please note: Due to the natural environment, there is never a 100% guarantee that a particular species of marine life will be seen.)
This helmet diving activity is ideal for families, children ages 8 and up, and non-divers. No certification or even swimming skills are required; if you can walk and breathe, you can Sea Trek!
