Come and visit a unique cooking school and enjoy a typical Spanish meal! In this cooking workshop you will learn about our gastronomy and culinary traditions. With the collaboration of an experienced teacher/chef, you will cook a Spanish traditional menu based on some typical dishes of Spain. Come and live a gastronomic experience and have fun cooking typical Spanish cuisine.In this hands-on cooking experience your experienced chef will show you how to cook a Spanish and Catalan traditional meal. The menu to be cooked in class are - Starters: Gazpacho, Spanish potato omelette and Escalivada with tomato bread ( typical Catalan starter). Main course: Seafood paella and a Dessert (typical from Catalonia): Crema catalana
All cooking workshops are conducted in small groups to ensure that everybody will participate and interact with the chef in a comfortable and dynamic atmosphere. At the end of the class, you will enjoy the food that you have prepared, all of it served with a fresh glass of sangría or a nice glass of Spanish rioja wine.
