Get a breadth of the history of Terracotta Warriors and Horses, ride on the time-honored city wall, or experience exciting adventure of climbing on precipitous Mount Hua. There is no shopping stops in this tour to maximize your time in Xian and help you enjoy your trip to the fullest.Your tour starts at 9:00am to visit Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum first which will leave you a less crowded place as opposed to the afternoon. Buried for over 2,000 years until local farmers stumbled upon fragments of a clay figure in 1974 while digging a well, this site was then uncovered but now the largest underground military base in the world. The scale of almost 8,000 terracotta figures standing in battle formation is spectacular. You cannot miss the fine craftsmanship and artistry either for the fact that no two soldiers have the same facial features and expression. And with your professional local guide, stories about the warriors and the first emperor who built them will be gradually unveiled along your walk through the 3 different pits where the statues were buried. Lunch will be provided at a nearby local restaurant.

After lunch break, hop aboard your van and be driven back to the city to visit Xi'an Museum which houses 130,000 pieces of archeological items in its collection. Among them, most of which were unearthed in large imperial tombs around Xi'an. With a deeper insight into the rich culture and history of the city, you will be astonished at the exquisite crafts making skills achieved by ancient Chinese.

This enjoyable day trip concludes at a short and comfortable drive to your hotel.
