Menu can be changed according to the availability of seasonal products.
At the end of the lesson, a participation certificate will be handed to the guests.
- Welcome prosecco cocktail with a tasting of a large choice of local cheese and meats
- First course: handmade pasta like gnocchi, ravioli, scialatielli, cannelloni or lasagna
- Second course: meatballs or meat rolls or chicken "Cacciatore Style" (with tomatoes, olives and white wine)
- Dessert: coffee, strawberry or limoncello Tiramisu
- One bottle of still/sparkling water and one bottle of wine each 2 guests
Vegetarian Menu:
- Welcome prosecco cocktail with a taste of local cheese and fresh seasonal vegetables
- First course: handmade pasta like gnocchi, ravioli, scialatielli, cannelloni or lasagna
- Second course: eggplant parmesan, courgettes parmesan or even an artichokes parmesan;
- Dessert: coffee, strawberry or limoncello Tiramisu
- One bottle of still/sparkling water and one bottle of wine each 2 guests
