She's a native Catalan with a strong passion and knowledge for all local gastronomy. She will first explain everything you need to know about cava: the history, regions, and production processes. Then, she will guide you through a professional tasting session of 3 Cavas, paired with exquisite desserts of Catalan pastry chef Carles Mampel.
The tasting session is led in small groups of no more than eight participants each, ensuring personal service and maximum interaction with the group.
