You will improve your knowledge on vinification and champagne tasting through the local guide experience.
You will also learn the art of sabring the champagne.
Afterwards, your guide will take you to the Marne Valley including a stop to Hautvillers, cradle of champagne, where Dom Perignon lived for 47 years. You will visit the famous church and enjoy one of the nicest panoramic view on the vineyards.
You will be then visiting one Champagne boutique winery (independent producer called "Récoltant Manipulant"), selected for the quality of the work and hosting.
Finally, your guide will drop off you at your place of stay or departure around 1pm (5pm for the afternoon session).
