On this 4-hour small group tour you'll visit the highlights of Cusco. Some of the places you'll visit is The Cathedral, The Temple of the Sun, Saqsaywaman, Qenqo, Puca Pucara and Tambomachay.  Enjoy this half-day trip accompanied by a guide that includes hotel pick up and drop-off from your hotel.Your tour begins in the afternoon with a pick up form your centrally located Cusco accommodation. From there you'll visit the cathedral with its fabulous art: paintings and works in carved cedar wood gilded with gold and silver leaves. You'll also see the Temple of the Sun or choose to see Koricancha, "The Enclosure of Gold," with its perfect stonework and architecture reflecting the fact that it was the most important and most sacred temple during the Incan empire.

Next, you'll visit the Incan remains of temples, Sacsayhuaman, which is a wonder of the world where the cyclopean stones of more than 100 tons fit so perfectly that one cannot introduct a knife between them. Next stop, you'll go to Qenqo which was dedicated to Mother Earth and the four natural elements.

Your final stop will be to see Puca Pucara's Archaeological site and the baths of Tambomachay. The temple where the water was worshipped. Once your tour is over, you'll be taken back to your hotel in Cusco or near the main square in Cusco if you choose.
