Everybody can just hold their breath underwater a few seconds, but thanks to this course you will go a lot further! You will learnt to dive deeper, diving more frequently and even interacting with the aquatic life.

This course teaches you the basics of free-diving, without any gear and with maximum safety. Moreover, you will be tought how to deal with possible problems and the theoretical part of diving: buoyancy and dive science. At the end of this course you will get a PADI Skin Diver certification card.
