The Marlborough wine region has some of the most noted wines in the world. Your local chauffeur/guide offers a shorter group tour departing Picton and returning to Picton in plenty of time to suit your ship's scheduled departure. Departing at 9am if possible or at the latest 10am there will be a choice of what to see and do including taking a scenic journey of Picton and the wine region. Visiting some high vantage points to view the spectacular Queen Charlotte Sound and still include a local wine tasting. In this short 3 hour tour there is so much to see.
You can enjoy wine tasting, gourmet treats of cheese, Manuka honey, peanut butters, black garlic and more or stop for a Devonshire Tea. Enjoy another short stop at the Vines Village where you can try local oils and liqueurs or have a refreshing gelato or decadent fudge. The stunning scenery as you travel through the Valley is amazing and breath-taking.
