After your guide picks you up at your hotel, hop aboard the Singapore Cable Car for excellent 360-degree views of the city skyline, harbor and Sentosa Island. En route to the island, stop at the peak of Mt Faber, situated 347 feet (106 meters) above sea level. You’ll have plenty of photo ops from the cabin’s panoramic windows before you disembark and transfer to your next attraction.
At the nearby museum, Images of Singapore, the history of Singapore is retold through life-size figures, animatronics and special effects. See displays that showcase major historical events from the pre-British period of Malaysian rule to the post-colonial era under Singapore's first prime minister. Discover the rich diversity of the island's citizens at the multi-screen show, ‘Four Winds of Singapore,’ a tribute to the national contributions of Chinese, Malay, Eurasian and Indian populations.
Your next stop is the Butterfly Park and Insect Kingdom, where you’ll find a variety of stunning beauties fluttering amid the lush greenery. This outdoor experience simulates the sights, sounds and scents of a tropical rainforest. The interactive exhibits at the insect museum allow you to get up close to butterflies, big beetles and ladybirds with exotic names.
