Double kayaks are nice and stable. The deluxe doubles are made of lightweight materials like fiberglass, Kevlar, or carbon fiber. Less weight means less resistance through the water, making them easier to paddle.

Less weight means less resistance through the water, making them easier to paddle.Your kayak adventure will begin at the Spit Bridge in Mosman on Sydney's north shore. Meet the friendly staff, sign in, listen to advice on the best trip routes for your kayaking session, be fitted with safety equipment (a PFD/life jacket) and a paddle, and be shown to your kayak. The staff will give you some tips on paddling technique, then adjust the foot pedals to help you steer, and finally launch you, allowing you to explore the beautiful waterways at your leisure.
After your paddling session (of up to three-hours), you will return to the starting point, where the staff will greet you and help you disembark. A shower and change-room is located on site. A storage room and lockers are also available for you to stow your belongings safely while you're on the water.
