In some coastal areas, you will even find these skewers set up on the streets and in many cases the sardine is very popular.Originally broken sugarcane was used as the skewer but in recent years, on the Costa del Sol, metal skewers are used instead. In this workshop, you will learn the proper techniques for the skewer method. Guided by a local chef, you will be brought close to this culinary art so deeply ingrained in the culture of the region.
