He will initiate you into the magical, artistic process from grapes to the bottle and even stop on a vineyard to see the unique cultivation technique of “kouloura” and the specificity of the soil and microclimate. It will be a journey among the paths of the ancient vineyards, the simplicity of the traditional family wineries, the modern winemaking techniques and the awaking of the senses by tasting the finest Theraic wines, viewing the unique scenery of the island.
