You'll glide glide on down to Travis Park for some free-ride time to get acclimated to the segway. You'll make your way to St. Anthony, a historic but recently renovated hotel that was linked to a famous unsolved grisly murder many years ago.
You'll then cruise over to historic Houston St., home to the beautiful Majestic Theater. Here you'll see the Gunther Hotel, which has close ties with the St. Anthony's past and is where Jazz musician Robert Johnson first recorded his seemingly otherwordly sounds.
Afterward, you'll make your way to Alamo Plaza and the Alamo itself, the site of the bloody battle in 1836 and sacred landmark in Texas. From here, you'll spot the Emily Morgan hotel; formerly a hospital, there have been countless haunting tales. You'll hear about the glorious Menger hotel that was built in 1859, not long after the fall of the Alamo. This hotel is said to have as many as 32 known entities that haunt the premises, some of which are attributed to past guests, including Teddy Roosevelt.
