Start your tour with the owner Sue Corkum and learn about her 25 years in the Nova Scotia wine and farming business. First, you'll stroll the vineyard adjacent to the winery and discover where Sainte-Famille's signature white wine,Tidal Bay, comes from and how it is unique from other Canadian wines.
Next, enjoy a tour of the processing area and learn what happens after the grapes come off the vine. We don't 'stomp' them anymore, except for fun of course. If you wish, you may take a peek in the cellar area, this is where the wine maker Tony Barkhouse works his magic. Here, Sainte-Famille houses its oak barrels, stainless steel tanks, bottling lines, laboratory and much more. Sainte-Famille also welcomes you to stroll the vineyard and surrounding areas at your pleasure.
