A wonderful day sailing along the coast of eastern Sicily (Catania, Aci Castello, Acitrezza). You can swim in clear blue sea in places not accessible from the ground. You will be led by a professional skipper who will teach, during the tour, the basics of sailing technics and boat conduction.The sailing tour normally starts from the port of Catania at 10am. Sail along the route that Ulysses took and discover the beauty of the bay of the Cyclops in Acitrezza. Depending on weather conditions, time available and upon request; it maybe possible to see dolphins, other marine life, go fishing, swimming, snorkeling and/or learn the fundamentals of sailing.
This is also an amazing opportunity to discover Catania from the sea and visit one of the most captivating landscapes of the Sicilian coast cruising through the Ulysses’ Grotte and the Castle of Aci Castello. Later we anchor in front of Acitrezza’s faraglioni (sea cliffs), for a traditional Sicilian lunch that will be served on board, fish menu of course, white wine and drinks are included (vegetarian menu is available on request). After lunch guests go ashore and may walk through the village and try typical Sicilian cannoli or taste the excellent local granita. We will return to Catania around 5pm, sailing the wave and feeling the wind.

For the protection and safety of the passengers at sea, the decision of the captain are final. Shoes and jeans should not be worn on board.
