Give back while you Sail and Shop in St. Maarten. This tour is within walking distance of the cruise terminal in Philipsburg. Enjoy this short, calm sail while sipping your favorite beverage and learning about the tumultuous history of St. Maarten, the smallest place in the world shared by two nations. You will receive a coupon card with numerous negotiated discounts and gifts from local businesses for some great shopping after you sail. All are within walking distance from your ship.Begin with a greet by a crew member just over the footbridge at the beginning of the boardwalk, within walking distance of the cruise terminal. You will be taken to the yacht by tender and board via a custom, sturdy ladder. (If you can go up and down stairs with assistance, you can take this tour.) You will pay or give your voucher to the crew and be offered a drink of your choosing. There is a full open bar on board including top shelf at no extra charge. Bottled water, beer, soda and juices are always included. The crew will give the locally mandated safety talk and take you sailing, as well as briefly explain where the money from this tour is donated. You will receive a printed history of St. Maarten that is yours to keep.

This tour remains in the calm waters of the Great Bay. You will be invited to browse our tiny on board boutique from which you may purchase gifts, locally made edibles and crafts. If you wish to have another drink, it is also included. Once back, you will receive a coupon card with deals, discounts and giveaways negotiated with local businesses, many of whom also give back to the island.
