Join a beautiful sailing trip off the coast of Barcelona on a modern designed sailing boat moored at Port Olympic, in front of the city center. Enjoy the unique experience of sailing, sunshine, a fresh breeze, a free drink, the skyline of Barcelona, silence and nice company of interesting people from all over the world. If possible, you will stop for a short swim and if your are lucky, you might have a visit from dolphins or even from whales.Sailing for 3 hours will give you a great opportunity to enjoy the view of the Barcelona skyline from a new, different and beautiful perspective.
After short safety instructions from the captain and everybody who can't swim is wearing a life jacket, drop the moorings and the yacht will slowly, under engine, leave the port. Still in the port, you can enjoy the enormous "golden fish" and the Barcelona's twin towers. Outside, in open water, the captain will put the sails up and turn the engine off. You will be surprised how quiet it is so close to the coast. The wind will slowly push the yacht forwards while you are sipping your cold drink. You will enjoy the beautiful deep blue color of the med and the amazing view of the skyline of Barcelona and see, in a glance, how the city developed from the ancient times until today.
If the weather is good, you will anchor and you can have a short swim. If you are lucky, you can see the wild life in the med such as moon and sunfish, turtles, dolphins and, sometimes, even whales. Once even two 15 meter long whales have been seen really close to the yacht.
Water, cokes and beers are offered in the yacht. You don't need any sailing experience to join this trip.
