The Saigon sunset cruise is one of the best ways to enjoy your afternoon in Saigon. We offer you a 2 hour boat tour on the beautiful Saigon River including drinks & snacks.Between 15:00 and 15:15 we will pick you up from the hotel and bring you to the dock where the boat will be waiting. We head up river and go around Thanh Da Island. On one side you see one of Saigon's most wealthy neighbourhoods with large river front villas and upscale apartments. On the other side Thanh Da, a rural area in the heart of Saigon filled with rice paddies, swamps and palm trees lining the river. After about an hour we cut through the Thanh Da canal and head downstream on the Saigon River to the city center.
Along the way you can see rapidly developing urban areas and the spots were the city's largest towers will soon be standing. In the center you will see the impressive skyline as well as many historic buildings such as:
During the cruise we have a selection of light snacks, draft beer, white wine and soft drinks, making this the perfect afternoon activity.
After a 2 hour trip we will park the boat in the city center from where you can explore the city by foot or take our transportation back to your hotel.
The cruise is made in a luxury steel boat with a wooden interior. Onboard there is a bar, toilet and a rain cover if necessary.
