This 3-hour, small-group cooking class allows you to prepare your own pizza starting from the scratch. You will, of course, get to eat the fantastic pizza you created, along with a bruschetta appetizer. There will also be a red wine tasting to go along with your home-made pie.

This 3-hour, small-group cooking class allows you to prepare your own pizza starting from the scratch. You will, of course, get to eat the fantastic pizza you created, along with a bruschetta appetizer. There will also be a red wine tasting to go along with your home-made pie.Experience the most authentic way to enjoy pizza. Make it yourself from beginning to end, in Rome! Your guide/chef will take you through all the steps, from preparing the dough to cooking your pie in a wood-fired oven.
After meeting at a central location, your group of no more than 12 will be transferred to the kitchens where you will learn the art of Neapolitan-style pizza making. You will also have a bruschetta appetizer and a red wine tasting, along with grappa. For dessert there's the Italian favorite Tiramisu.
You will be making Margherita pizza. Make sure to come hungry because the pizza is all you can eat. At the end of your 3-hour lesson/feast, you will be brought back to the original meeting point.
