Bring your family and head to the David Saxe Theater at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino for your 5:30pm show. You’ve seen them on NBC’s America’s Got Talent,
and now you can play along; when you enter the theater, you’ll be given
a drumstick and an instrument so you can jam alongside the talented
performers (or you can simply sit back and enjoy the show).
What
many don't know is that Recycled Percussion is a New Hampshire-based
band that was formed in 1994 for a high school talent show. After years
of touring the country, performing at high-profile events, and receiving
countless awards for their originality and creativity, they landed on
the Las Vegas Strip.
Using trash cans,
buckets, washing machines, car parts, sinks, vacuums, ladders, barrels
and other unconventional objects, Recycled Percussion creates songs that
blend unique percussion sounds -- they’ll drum on anything they can get
their hands on. One of the percussionists, Ryan Vezina, even does a
body percussion act, using himself as an instrument!
You’ll
