A short drive south of Alice to Stuart's Well and along a track only accessible to 4WD vehicles will lead you into the culturally significant Rainbow Valley Conservation Reserve. You can take walks around the reserve and pick out your best sunset position, grab a chair, relax and enjoy drinks and a delicious supper.Rainbow Valley, famous for its sandstone bluffs and different colored rock making up the spectacular cliffs. It is particularly spectacular at sunset, when it you can witness the color changes from red to orange and purple, or after heavy rainfall, when the whole scene is reflected in the claypans.

Join your driver guide who will take you a short drive south of Alice to Stuart's Well where you will join a track only accessible by 4WD vehicles.  Follow remnants of Australia’s famous droving stock route & Old Ghan railway line and drive through stunning Desert Oak & sand hills. The track will take you out into the Culturally significant Rainbow Valley Conservation Reserve.
