You’ll be picked up from your Avignon hotel for your morning or afternoon tour by 8-passenger minivan. Enjoy views of Provence’s picturesque summer landscapes as you drive through blooming lavender fields, making photo stops along the way.
On the morning tour, enjoy free time in the village of Sault, Roussillon or Gordes, depending on which is most in bloom. Wander the town by foot and browse the lavender shops full of flowers, fragrant essential oils and local honey.
If you choose the slightly longer afternoon tour, you’ll have free time in Sault or Roussillon. Continue driving through the pretty little villages of St Jean and Lioux, and stop to take photos of some of the most beautiful villages in France. End with a visit to the Lavender Museum in Coustellet, where you'll discover how Provence’s lavender flowers are cultivated and made into wonderful essential oils and fragrant beauty products. Feel free to browse the museum shop and purchase any that catch your eye!
You’ll then return to Avignon.
