Arrivals
The driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals, and he will be displaying a board either with your lead passenger name.
In case of flight delay, custom controls, lost luggage, etc, we will wait at the airport for 45 minutes since the official landing time. After that we will try to contact you asking whether we should leave or wait for you. For the waiting after 45 minutes a supplement may be required (payment on spot) . In the event of no answer we will consider it a no show service and we will leave the airport.
Departures
For your return journey back to the Airport your driver will pick you up from outside your accommodation approx. The pickup time will be confirmed on the transfer voucher.
Driver will wait for 30 minutes at the meeting point since the agreed pick-up time. After that, will try to contact you asking whether to leave or wait for you. For the waiting after 30 minutes a supplement may be required (payment on spot). In case of no answer we will consider it a no show service and we will leave the meeting point.
If you are travelling with a baby up to 3 year old please specify on the booking if you need the infant seat.
We recommend reconfirming your transfer 24 to 48 hours before you travel. Make sure you provide us with your arrival details (flight number and time)
