Private tour of amazing Villa Artimino and tasting of wine and local delicacies on the Tuscan hills.A visit to one of the most fascinating country villas of the Medici family; nestled in the hills of Tuscany, the last villa built by Bernardo Buontalenti at the end of the sixteenth century, it has recently become a Unesco heritage.
Also known as the 'Villa of the hundred chimneys' for the large amount of chimneys on the roof, it has an absolutely magical history. It is a private villa and only with a guided tour, you will have the opportunity to visit it inside and outside. From the beautiful Loggia del Paradiso you can see the Medieval village of Artimino and the fantastic Priory of St. Lawrence, a typical example of Tuscan Romanesque.
After the tour, you will taste the wines produced on the estate, explained by a professional sommelier and finish your 3 hours tour with abundant samples of cheeses, cold cuts and Tuscan delicacies that will delight your palate.
