Explore Bodbe monastery and Sighnaghi town during this private tour. During the tour you’ll visit Sighnaghi museum and have lunch at local house with home-made Georgian traditional dishes and wine. In the morning the guide and driver will pick you up from your place of stay in Tbilisi and you’ll start your journey to Kakheti region known as the birthplace of wine making in Georgia.

Arrive in Bodbe monastery, the burial site of 4th century female evangelist – St. Nino. Have excursion at the monastery and continue to the small town of Sighnaghi. Take a walk in the town and explore the 18th century defensive wall with fortification which surrounds Sighnaghi.

Next take lunch break in a local house where you’ll taste home-made Georgian dishes as well as Georgian wine.

After lunch have guided excursion at Sighnaghi museum notable for its permanent exhibition of Georgian self-taught artist, Niko Pirosmanashvili, often known simply as Pirosmani who lived in late 19th-20th centuries. The museum also houses rich ethnographic, numismatic, archaeological, photographic and documentary collections.

After excursion at Sighnaghi museum you’ll be driven back and dropped off at your place of stay in Tbilisi.
