If there are waiting lines, stand apart by the glass windows, west side.
So that you do not have to stand in line, your guide will provide you with museum tickets at €17.50 per person (thus tickets are at your own expense, but there is no entrance fee for children under 18).
Entry at 8.55am sharp has many benefits, it allows you to be the first visitors in front of the world-famous Vermeer paintings. Then from 10am the busy hours start in high season. You will be in the museum between 8.55am and 12 noon. The next best entry is at 3pm and after the halls close down at 5pm. You will go to the restaurant with some art books and make up the 3 hour period. As this is a private tour the choice is up to you.
During both the early and the late tour you will have the chance to sit down at the cafe and discuss the nature of Dutch art with your art historian guide who holds a PhD in this subject.
