In the morning, starting from Bayeux we will first visit and taste some apple juice and cider producers , then let's go to visit Lisieux's Cathedral with your guide. Then, have lunch in a 2-Star Michelin restaurant in a beautiful village in the Pays d'Auge by a lovely river, surrounded with some of the best racehorses in the world.
Next, for a "digestif", visit a Cider and Calvados Distillery and taste these great liquors. Afterwards, your guide will take you to meet some cheese makers in the Pays d'Auge: the traditional Pont L'évèque, and cream cheese in Douville en Auge.
Then head off to Honfleur, the impressionist village on the Normandy coast, which influenced painter Eugène Boudin and composer Erik Satie. Return to Caen around 6pm.
