Your tour begins with hotel pickup in the morning to then head to the ruins of Muyil. This archaeological site is located on the mainland side of a lagoon in the Sian Ka´an Biosphere. It is considered the largest ancient Maya site within the reserve. Here, you'll learn from your guide all about its history and many subterranean chambers that have been discovered. Muyil played an important part in the Maya culture serving as religious center on the Caribbean dedicated to Mayan moon goddess
After this visit, you'll continue to the ruins of Tulum, the archeological site that is considered as an icon of the Mayan culture in the Mexican Caribbean. Admire this beautiful place in the Yucatan Peninsula as it's the only one located on the beach of the Caribbean. Have a delicious lunch and then continue to the ruins of Coba.
This site is an ancient Mayan urban center surrounded by rain-forest, lakes and cenotes. You will be able to walk under the trees and observe exotic birds and other animals that live there. You will be able to climb the tallest pyramid in the Mayan Peninsula called “Nohuch Mul” (Great Mound) and get a breathtaking view as a reward.
You will be back to your hotel around 6:30pm.
