You will visit three of the most important archaeological sites of the Mayan culture: the Muyil ruins, Tulum and Coba.
You will be picked up at 8am and will head to Muyil. This incredible archaeological site is located on the mainland side of a lagoon in the Sian Ka´an Biosphere.
Muyil, is considered the largest ancient Maya site within the reserve. This site, where numerous subterranean chambers have been found, has a very different feel from other Mayan sites. Muyil was an important religious center on the Caribbean dedicated to Mayan moon goddess.
Imagine a walk down with birds, butterflies and abundant wildlife in the Sian Ka´an biosphere and feel yourself a real explorer of these virgin trails.
After Muyil you will be driven to Tulum, the archeological site that is considered as an icon of the Mayan culture in the Mexican Caribbean and the most beautiful of the Yucatan Peninsula. This ruin site is the only one located on the beaches of the Caribbean. You will enjoy the spectacular views of this place. Get the most incredible pictures of your trip at this unique place.
We will have a break to have a delicious Mexican lunch.
After lunch this archeological experience will continiue at Coba.
Coba is an ancient Mayan urban center surrounded by rainforest, lakes and cenotes. You can walk under the trees and observe exotic birds and other animals that live there. You will be able to climb the tallest pyramid in the Mayan Peninsula called “Nohuch Mul” (Great Mound) and get a breathtaking view as a reward.
You will be back to your hotel around 6:30pm.
